Activity reports can be exported in four ways: Web, CSV, PDF, or email. Use the table to determine which format to use:

| Web (HTML) | Pulling a report for a class. This format allows teachers to see an at-a-glance report of information for multiple students. |
| CSV | Pulling data for large numbers of campuses, groups, or users. This format provides only the data with no descriptions of the fields. |
| Pulling a single student's progress report. This format includes descriptions of the fields, which makes it useful when providing information to parents. | |
| Pulling a large file for a large school district. If a file is too large to export, it can be emailed in CSV format using the email button. |
